Trident Software does not guarantee that Pragma will work without interruption and software does not contain errors.

However the company permanently works on the improvement of the products and offers to Pragma users to get regular updates from the Internet. These updates contain fixed and filled up dictionaries as well.

Messages about Errors

We are thankful if you will tell us about any problems with Pragma or about the improper actions of the program. Errors can occur both in functional and in linguistic part of the program.

Program errors

If you come across a program bug such as halt, hanging up, breaking, improper displaying etc. please give us the detailed problem description and attach the text file that is generated by Check-up menu.

Linguistic errors

If you get a gross linguistic error in the result of translation send us a fragment of the original text. Please minimize this fragment.

Before appealing to the service support make verification of the program capacity through the Check-up menu of the Pragma Monitor.

Please attach the results of verification to your letter.
