Trident Software does not guarantee that operation of the Pragma 4.x and Pragma 5.x will not be uninterrupted or that the software is error-free.

But the company works to improve its products and allows Pragma users to get regular updates via the Internet. These updates include error fixed program modules and corrected and expanded dictionaries.

Software Updating

Updating is possible with the Pragma Monitor program.

Error Reporting

We will appreciate if you tell us about any problems with Pragma 4.x or incorrect operation of the software. The errors can occur both in functional and linguistic parts of the program.

Program Errors

If you deal with a program bug, such as halt, hook up, interrupt, incorrect displaying, etc., please give us a detailed problem description and attach a text file that is generated in About dialog box (Information button).

Linguistic Errors

If you get a gross linguistic error after translation, send us a fragment of the original text. Please minimize the text fragment.
